These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account, use checkout, receive product access, join linked community flows, or otherwise use MCAssets public services. ## Accounts and eligibility You are responsible for the accuracy of account details, including your email address, username, and legal first and last name when checkout requires them. The service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must use MCAssets with permission from a parent or legal guardian. ## Purchases and prices MCAssets sells access to digital model assets and related files. Prices, discounts, included files, dependencies, supported formats, and product availability may change over time. A later price reduction, coupon, bundle, promotion, catalog change, or product archive does not create price protection, credit, or a refund right unless Vexel Studios states otherwise in writing. ## Digital product access A successful purchase grants access through the purchasing MCAssets account. Access may depend on payment verification, product availability, account status, and technical delivery features. If a full refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud review, or dispute succeeds, MCAssets may remove the affected product access and related Discord customer role eligibility. ## Support and community behavior MCAssets may provide product and community support through Discord, email, or other official channels. Support covers the advertised product files and documented MCAssets flows, not unrelated third-party setup or custom implementation work. Abuse, fraud, piracy, attempts to bypass access controls, harassment, or other conduct that harms MCAssets, Vexel Studios, customers, contributors, or service providers may lead to account restrictions or termination without a refund for purchases tied to the breach. ## Third-party services MCAssets relies on third-party services for payments, authentication, hosting, email delivery, analytics, Discord integrations, and infrastructure. Those providers may apply their own terms and policies. Payment processing and customer portal flows are handled through Dodo Payments or another configured payment provider. Billing questions, payment failures, disputes, and refund processing may require information from the payment provider. ## Minecraft and external platforms MCAssets is not official, approved by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any other third-party platform unless Vexel Studios states that relationship in writing. Customers are responsible for using MCAssets files in ways that comply with applicable Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, plugin, marketplace, server, game engine, and platform rules. ## Disclaimers and liability MCAssets is provided as available. Vexel Studios does not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every third-party tool, or that every file will meet every customer workflow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexel Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any mandatory liability that cannot be excluded is limited as far as applicable law allows. ## Changes to these terms Vexel Studios may update these terms to reflect service, legal, technical, or product changes.
