Join the MCAssets Discord and open the ticket type that matches your request.

## What to include

For product help, include the product name, target workflow, and what you tried. For download or payment help, include your account email and payment reference only in the private ticket.

Do not post private account, receipt, or payment details in public channels.

## Ticket routing

Choose Product Support for package and workflow questions, Payment Support for checkout and billing questions, and Business for partnership or studio inquiries.
