Discord tickets are the primary support path for MCAssets product, payment, and business requests. Email is available when Discord is not the right fit.

- Product Support for product files, formats, downloads, and package questions.
- Payment Support for checkout, receipt, refund, and billing questions.
- Business for partnerships, studio requests, and other private inquiries.

Use private support channels for account emails, payment references, and order details.
