# Troubleshooting Downloads

Most download issues come from account mismatch, browser interruptions, local archive handling, or missing payment context.

## Checks to try first

- Confirm you are signed in with the purchasing account.
- Refresh the order page after payment verification finishes.
- Try a stable browser session without aggressive download blocking.
- Make sure the ZIP finished downloading before extracting it.
- Extract the archive with a standard ZIP tool before importing files.

## Contact support

Open a Discord ticket or email MCAssets with the product name, account email, payment reference if available, and a short description of what failed. Do not post payment IDs or account details in public Discord channels.
