# Downloads

Purchased products are available from the MCAssets order and account flow after checkout succeeds.

## Download basics

Use the same MCAssets account that completed checkout. Download files from your confirmed order or account purchase surface, then store the archive somewhere you can find later.

## File handling

Keep a clean copy of the original ZIP. Work from an extracted copy so you can recover the package if a tool import or manual edit changes files unexpectedly.

If you cannot access a purchased product, contact support with your account email, product name, and payment reference when available.
